As Westside BMW Ambassador, I thought I would take the opportunity to take the latest release BMW 1 Series LCI for a few days last week to see how it stacked up in the small car market. After having driven a 5 Series and X5 for the last 6 months, I had become accustomed to a bigger vehicle with plenty of grunt and considered that a smaller version would not match up.The first thing I noticed was that after driving it for 5 minutes, you could have been in anything far more expensive. Even the base range has the level of comfort and features of many of its larger and more expensive family members. Naturally, the ease of driving and parking around the city is a bonus and the fuel gauge did not move for the entire time I had it.It was surprisingly spacious, even for a big guy like me, and my daughter has dibs on a drive the next chance I get to take one out.In summary, a perfect small luxury car ideal for buzzing in and around the city and suited to the female professional market and very lucky daughtersof those Dads kind enough to spoil them!” : ) @westside_bmw #bmw #puredrivingpleasure #westsidebmwambassador
